A Greek Savory Pastry

This traditional filling comprises chopped spinach, feta cheese, onions, egg, and seasoning.
Ingredients for 2-4 People:
500 gr. of Spinach
400 gr. of Feta Cheese
1/4 bouquet of fresh dill
Put your oven on 250 degrees Celcius
1- Bring the spinach to boil by adding enough water and a lemon inside. It should take 15-20 min
2- in a pan, add olive oil, onion, little of fresh dill, a pinch of salt and pepper. Once it gets golden, remove it from the stove.
3- After the spinach is ready and you squeeze it from all water, put it in a large pan on low heat. Add feta cheese, 2 eggs, keep mixing. Than onion and the rest of the dill. 1 tsp of salt and pepper.
4- In the oven pan, you'll be cooking your dish, add a few layers of filo and butter it with the help of kitchen brush. Then pour your mix. Cover it with filo and butter it again if you are looking for a crispy taste.
5- It should take 45 min in the oven. But always check it after 30 min using a knife to see if the mixture is cooked. If the knife is wet, put it back while keeping an eye on it.
